All people's choice participants will have to complete a St Mary's County health department form and return to organizer@somdbrewbbq.com or mail to:

All sites will be at least 20X30 and will have water and 15 amps of electric. We have 14 full hook up sites with 50 amp service that are first come first served. Please contact Robbie Tejchman at robbie@fulleffectlive.com or 301-233-9455 if you require a full hook up.

Load in and set up will be Thursday, July 30th from 12PM to 8PM and Friday, July 31st from 8AM to 5PM. All teams must be loaded in by 5PM Friday, July 31st. A cooks meeting will be held at 6PM on Friday July 31st in the judges building. The awards presentation will be held on Saturday August 1st at 5PM on the main stage. All sites must be torn down, clean and free of litter no later than 8PM Sunday August 2nd. Local liquor laws require that alcohol not purchased from the event must be confined to your cook site and concealed from view of the general public.

Waiver of Liability:

In consideration of your accepting entry, I the undersigned, intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against Southern Maryland Brew & BBQ, Full Effect Live! Entertainment Group Inc., St Mary's county Fairgrounds, all of St Mary's County Government, and the Kansas City Barbecue Society. I hereby grant permission to Southern Maryland Brew & BBQ, Full Effect Live Entertainment Group Inc., and St Mary's County to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings and any other record me, my team, and team info for any legitimate purpose. I agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by Southern Maryland Brew & BBQ, The Kansas City Barbecue Society, and the St Mary's County Fairgrounds.
